Ten ways to remove burrs

1. Manual deburring
It is a method commonly adopted by general enterprises, usually using some auxiliary tools such as files, sandpaper, grinding heads, etc.. Among them, files include manual files and pneumatic files.

The labor cost is expensive and the efficiency is not higher. Besides, it is difficult to remove complex cross holes. Therefore, it is suitable for products with small burrs and simple structures because the technical requirements for workers are not very high.

2. Deburring of punching die
Use punching die and punching machine to deburr.

It requires a certain amount of punching die production fee, and it may also be necessary to make a sizing die. Therefore, it is suitable for products with simple parting line. The efficiency and deburring effect are better than manual.

3. Remove burrs by grinding
This type of deburring includes vibration, sandblasting, roller and other methods, which are currently widely used by companies.

9. High-pressure water jet deburring technology
With water as the medium, the water instantaneous impact force is used to remove the burrs and flash produced after processing, at the same time, the cleaning purpose can be achieved.

10. Ultrasonic deburring
Ultrasonic waves generate instantaneous high pressure to remove burrs.

In the process of removing burrs from parts, a combination of pre-control and post-processing should be adopted.
